We specialize in high peak frame tents which can be setup on any surface with either stakes or concrete weights. If your tent is being staked, you must call 811 and have all your utilities marked before we will install. You will be required to sign a staking waiver, releasing Marvin Rentals from any liability related to staking our 40″ by 1″ in diameter steel stakes into underground utilities, lines, pipes or other obstacles.

Location of Tent
Setup Surface
The surface of your tent setup needs to be as level as possible, with at least 5 feet of unobstructed space around the perimeter of the tent in order to setup. We can setup on grass, dirt, gravel, asphalt, concrete, astroturf and more.
Distance & Stairs Fees
Please keep in mind the distance between where our box truck can back up, and where the tent is going. If there is more than 50 feet of distance, any incline, stairs, rough surface (that wheels cannot roll on), additional charges will be incurred. It’s best to disclose these issues before you request a quote, so we can quote accurately and avoid any surprises.
Parks
All events held in parks require a use permit, including explicit permission to stake into the ground. Keep in mind if you require same day setup and takedown, additional charges will be incurred. Typically, our tent setups are on Thursday & Friday and our takedowns are Monday & Tuesday.
When to Book?
Graduation is the busiest time of year for tents, and they are generally sold out for that week, so it’s best to get your tent reserved as early as possible to not miss out on a tent. To request your tent, go here.
