F.A.Q. About Our Order Process
- Why do linen orders need to be made 2 weeks before the event?
- Linens are maintained, pressed, and stored at an off-site facility with hundreds of thousands of linens. We require time to ensure your order can be properly picked, pressed and prepared for you. Our cut off time is 2 weeks before we can guarantee you those linens.
- Do you have any linens available on short notice?
- We do carry a limited inventory of some black and white tablecloths pressed and ready to go most of the time. It is on a first come, first served basis. Please call us ASAP to see if we have the sizes you need and secure those items as soon as possible.
- Can I see the linens in person first?
- You can totally make an appointment with our office and come look through a comprehensive selection of swatches. Please note this is by appointment ONLY.
